Infrastructure
Forcas operates from two specialized manufacturing facilities. Our Ahmednagar plant serves as our Valve Components Division and Head Office, while the Supa plant houses our Gearbox Division.
We have ample land available at the Supa plant, allowing for future expansion. Additionally, our Design and Marketing Office in Pune supports our operations and growth in both domestic and international markets.
Machinery and Technology
Our facilities are equipped with advanced machinery, including HAAS VMCs, CNCs, HighSpeed Cutting Machines, Internal Keyway Machines, Lathe Machines, Drilling and Tapping Machines, Shotblasting Machine and a Paint Booth.
For precise and efficient manufacturing, we utilize Delcam CAM software and AutoCAD for design. To streamline operations, we have integrated TCS iON ERP hosted on the cloud, enhancing workflow management and data accessibility.
Quality Control and Testing Facilities
Quality assurance is a core priority at Forcas.
Our dedicated quality control lab is equipped with advanced instruments like a 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine, FARO GAGE, Spectrometer, Microscope, Profile Projector, and testing setups, including a Test Rig for Cyclic (Endurance) Testing, Static Torque Testing Machine, Hardness Testers, Surface Roughness Testers, and an Ingress Protection (IP) Test Tank.

We handle a variety of materials, including bar stock, castings, and forgings, and offer customization services tailored to client needs.

Warehouse and Logistics
Forcas maintains a well-organized warehouse with storage racks for raw materials and finished goods, managed according to Kanban and Min-Max agreements.
Material handling equipment such as EOT Cranes, electric stackers, floor cranes and hand pallet trucks optimize storage and logistics, ensuring smooth handling and swift dispatch, particularly for our export markets.
